Date:  January 29, 2015

Location: Los Ranchitos Rd, Minerva, TX.

Crime: Milam County Sheriff Office is investigating Criminal Mischief at the above location.

Suspects dumped out $5000.00 worth of oil on the ground. The oil tank on the location was tampered with.

Milano Police Investigation on Pursuit & Stolen Vehicle

 

On 02/04/2015 at approximately 1800 hours an Officer from the Milano Police Department initiated a pursuit. The pursuit started on Highway 36 South and Holdiness Lane and ended on South Second and East Avenue F in Milano. The actor exited the vehicle and traveled on foot and was lost. During the investigation the vehicle was found to be stolen from Bell County.

 

Later that evening a person contact the Milano Police Department about their vehicle being stolen while parked in the front of their job. Milano Police investigated and do believe this to be connected to the same actor.

 

On 02/05/2015 Milano Police Department was notified the vehicle stolen from the city the night before was recovered in Burelson County (Lyons Community). With the help of the Texas Rangers the Milano Police Department processed the scene and released the vehicle back to the owner.

 

It is known that another vehicle was taken approximately four blocks from the recovery site of the other vehicle. Milano Police Department and Burelson County Sheriff’s Office believe this to be linked as well.

 

This actor is connected and wanted for the pursuit occurring in Milano and three vehicle thefts spanning Bell County, City of Milano, and Burelson County.

 

SUSPECT DESCRIPTION:

 

At this time we are asking the public for help in identifying the actor responsible. The actor is believed to be a White, Male, 5’-9” to 6’-2” tall, approximately 240-270 pounds, With Brown hair; he is believed to be clean shaven as of 02/05/2015. Last seen wearing Brown Boots, Blue Jeans, Brown Jacket with a Black Shirt – A picture will be posted to Milano Police website.

 

This person is still unknown however we do believe this is an incident separate from the incident in Llano County. This investigation is ongoing however we would appreciate any help from the public.
